Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized sales experience.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as a top performer.
Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations showcasing Porsches unique features and performance.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Porsche Charlotte Northlake team to achieve dealership goals and maintain a premium brand image.
Requirements
Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional in luxury automotive.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
Passion for automobiles and a deep appreciation for the Porsche brand.
Strong character.
Uncompromising work ethic.
Team player who wants to grow.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid drivers license and familiarity with Charlotte, NC market.
