As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our store — greeting customers, sharing your product knowledge, and creating a fun, welcoming shopping experience. You'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining a beautifully merchandised store, and building lasting relationships with our community of families.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers with a warm, helpful attitude
• Provide product recommendations based on age, interests, and occasion
• Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain attractive, well-stocked displays and assist with visual merchandising
• Help receive, price, and organize incoming inventory
• Gift wrap purchases and support special promotions or in-store events
• Answer phone inquiries and assist with special orders
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting
• Build repeat customers through excellent, personalized service

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love of toys, play, and working with the public
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Friendly, outgoing, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment
• Comfortable with basic math
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays (our busiest times!) - part time or full time
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
