Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry Description: The patient population includes post open heart, heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resections, and pneumonectomy. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of care for surgical patients. Telemetry experience is required for this position. The role demands strong assessment skills and the ability to handle complex medical situations.
