Onsite Affordable Housing Leader (Assistant Manager)

Asset Living seeks an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community on-site under the Community Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, collect rent, and support risk management to optimize cash flow. Attention to compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies is essential. Experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.) is preferred, along with strong communication and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
