Make an impact supporting K-8 students and educators as a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Delano, CA. Collaborate with dedicated professionals and help children achieve communication milestones that set the foundation for lifelong learning.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students from Kindergarten through 8th grade
• Comfortable with assessment, intervention, and documentation processes in schools

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-8 students in an onsite school environment
• Evaluate students using standardized assessment tools and interpret results to identify specific needs
• Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals and implement targeted therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and progress
• Maintain accurate records, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with classroom educators to integrate communication strategies into daily instruction
