Trust Estate and Tax Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Trust, Estate, and Tax Attorney to join their practice in either Phoenix or Tucson, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration. Duties Prepare and file Form 706 Estate Tax and 709 Gift Tax returns. Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents. Engage in business succession planning for high‑net‑worth clients. Requirements Minimum of eight years of experience in estate planning and trust administration. Strong drafting skills in relevant legal documents. Experience with high‑net‑worth client planning preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications: CPA and/or LLM strongly preferred. Skills Excellent analytical and drafting skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance.
