This is an opportunity to practice in a model designed to support meaningful patient relationships through extended patient visits, dedicated charting time, and a highly collaborative, innovative team.Providers enjoy a flexible practice model that includes virtual or hybrid care and AI-assisted documentation. You'll work with a team including Integrative Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, Health Coaches, Exercise Physiologists, and Allina Health's extensive network of primary and specialty care.If you're looking for an opportunity to practice evidence-informed, relationship-based care with one of the nation's premier Integrative Medicine programs, we'd love to hear from you.Key Position Details:Job Description:Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician/nurse team in accordance with the designated specialty. Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.Principle ResponsibilitiesProvides clinical care for patientsCompletes comprehensive patient assessments.Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness.Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy and medical equipment.Conducts patient education when working to manage chronic illness or wellness care.Refers for specialty care when determined.Participates in health care teamPromotes communication within the team and other interdisciplinary health care staff.Acts as resource to members of the team.Collaborates with system teams for program development.Acts as liaison with outside agencies as needed.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsMaster's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner programLicenses/CertificationsLicensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hireCertified Nurse Practitioner - MN Board of Nursing required upon hireCertified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty required upon hireDrug Enforcement Administration required upon hireValid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment for those working in Complex Care for Seniors, Community Palliative Care and HospiceBLS Tier 1-Basic Life Support-Multisource requiredPhysical DemandsMedium Work*:Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequentlyPay RangePay Range: $56.48 to $78.15 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
