Philanthropy Program Manager

Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week (some weekends required)Job Summary:The Philanthropy Program Manager is the Liaison to the Women's Auxiliary. This position plays a crucial role in strategizing and implementing initiatives that drive social impact through effective fundraising and relationship management. Supervises, organizes, coordinates, directs, and supervises the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Auxiliary for Area Command Angel Tree programs; ensures the accomplishment of the various office tasks in the most efficient and effective manner possible; cross-trains and supports all office assignments concentrating on targeted deadlines and quality standards; supervises, organizes, and coordinates Women’s Auxiliary volunteer events/projects for a large Auxiliary; advises and directs Auxiliary volunteers in setting up events/projects using volunteers/employees as necessary; serves as liaison to the Women’s Auxiliary sup-plying research, reports, and materials needed.Key Responsibilities:Supervisory Responsibilities (35%)Liaison Responsibilities (35%)Event Coordination and Implementation Responsibilities (20%)Office Coordination Responsibilities (10%)Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Ability to meet attendance requirements.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively.Ability to speak before small and large groups of people.Ability to travel to various locations in order to participate in public meetings, conferences, etc.Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and time constraints.Ability to operate various general office equipment including a telephone, Dictaphone, typewriter, computer, and adding machine.Ability and willingness to conduct all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.Duties are usually performed seated.
