We are seeking a Wendy's Wonderful Kids Adoption Recruiter to join our team.

Starting Salary: $44,000 - $48,000 (Salary)

We are seeking a Wendy's Wonderful Kids Adoption Recruiter to join our team. Your role will be expected to be agents of change in the lives of children for whom they are recruiting for an adoptive forever family by employing an intensive and exhaustive Child-Focused Recruitment Plan. You will implement all components of the evidence-based WWK model with fidelity. As a member of the MO Foster Care team, you will work with other team members and report to our Wendy's Wonderful Kids Adoption Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Conduct in-depth case record review on all assigned adoption cases.
• Develop relationship with child to help determine best placement.
• Assess comprehensively child's strengths/needs.
• Prepare child and family for adoption.
• Network and maintain contact with child's team.
• Develop customized recruitment plan for each child.
• Conducts diligent search of potential families.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
• A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
