Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Active RN license
• Proficiency in Telemetry nursing (RN-Tele, RN - Telemetry)
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications (as required by facility)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Telemetry setting preferred
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Adaptability to new clinical environments

Responsibilities / Duties

• Closely monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Perform nursing assessments and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Document and maintain patient records according to hospital policies
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and post-discharge needs
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
