Description Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal communication Inventory management Daily maintenance and cleanliness Managing crew Quality food production Exceptional customer service Safety and security Scheduling Training Qualifications At least 1 year of management leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion to work in a fast‑paced environment.
