Part-Time Receptionist

Join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our facility. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping others and creating a positive first impression.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
• Respond to general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
