LPN - Mental Health Clinic

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will act as a liaison between the Agency and various organizations (e.g. pharmacies, primary care) within the community. The LPN will also be responsible for providing education to youth/adolescents, adults, and guardians regarding mental health services, systems, medications, and side effects.
