Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $41,000-$50,000 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation Facility: 110 beds; Mental Health Unit, Dementia Unit We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our facility with 110 beds, including a Mental Health Unit and Dementia Unit. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping our patients achieve optimal physical function and mobility. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals Implement treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve their physical function and prevent future injuries Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients Stay up-to-date on current research and techniques in the physical therapy field Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments and progress Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, as well as facility policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
