Temporary Associate

Job Opportunity PR Restaurants LLC, DBA Panera Bread, 700 Lafayette Rd Seabrook, NH 03874, is seeking six temporary full‑time workers for an associate position. The associate will prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, or fountain drinks, wash, cut, and prepare designated foods, cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer and work on several different orders simultaneously, prepare specialty foods following specific methods typically requiring short preparation time, read food order slips or receive verbal instructions on required food for patrons and prepare and cook food accordingly, clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, stock and restock workstations and bread and pastries display cases, maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards while preparing pre‑cook items, take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers, verify that prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements, and serve customer orders at windows, counters, vehicles, or tables. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, or fountain drinks. Wash, cut, and prepare designated foods, cooking the exact number of items ordered by each customer and working on several different orders simultaneously. Prepare specialty foods following specific methods that require short preparation time. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions on required food for patrons and prepare and cook food accordingly. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Stock and restock workstations and bread and pastries display cases. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards while preparing pre‑cook items. Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers. Verify that prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements. Serve customer orders at windows, counters, vehicles, or tables. Requirements Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Repeated walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting of food products and supplies up to 50 pounds. No minimum education or experience required. All applicants must be able, willing, and qualified to perform the work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Terms & Conditions of Employment $16.22 per hour; $24.33 overtime per hour; pay may be higher, up to $18 per hour depending on seniority. Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. May need to work a varied schedule that may include weekends and opening/closing shifts. 40 hours per week plus occasional overtime. Salary is computed on a single workweek basis and paid weekly on Monday by check or deposit. Guarantee: The worker is guaranteed employment for a total of at least three‑quarters of the workdays of each six‑week period. Benefits Transportation and subsistence costs from the worker's place of origin to the place of employment will be covered by the employer. Upon completion of the work contract or earlier dismissal, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the original departure point, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment. The amount reimbursed will be the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. All visa processing, border crossing, and other related travel and subsistence fees will be covered by the employer; the employee will not have to be reimbursed for these expenses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
