Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Florida Healthcare Organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Director Of Nursing opportunity near Ocala, FL.

The DON will provide and promote quality service in a patient/family centered environment throughout the continuum of care and demonstrate commitment to the highest standards of clinical outcomes, operational support systems, customer service and ethical behavior.

DON Qualifications:

• FL RN
• Minimum of 3 years of Nursing Management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of patient privacy rights. Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all medical, financial, and other sensitive materials, whether electronic, printed or otherwise.
• Previous experience in a community health center setting (preferred) as hands on patient care nurse.
