Primary Care Advanced Practitioner - Watertown, MA Full Time - 30 hours or more Watertown, MA, US Salary Range: $125,000.00 To $145,000.00 Annually Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) t o join a community-based practice in Watertown, MA. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. Practice provides care to patients, newborn through adults. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans Promote health education and disease prevention Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Ideal candidates will have experience as an APP in primary care Comfortable using new technology and software Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment About Bookmark Medical Bookmark Medical is a primary care provider organization delivering high-quality care to underserved communities across multiple states.
