Child Support Business Analyst - Human Service Transformation

Business AnalystWe are seeking a Business Analyst to support the planning, analysis, testing, and implementation of technology and business transformation solutions for Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice. In this role, you will work closely with clients, project teams, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, improve processes, and support successful project delivery. Serving federal, state, and local government clients, as well as public higher education institutions, the team helps organizations anticipate disruption, rethink what is possible, and advance their mission.Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Health & Human Services, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of professional experience supporting business analysis, system implementation, technology modernization, or business process improvement initiatives 2+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, user stories, business processes, workflows, and functional specifications Experience supporting Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities including requirements management, design reviews, testing, defect triage, and implementation readiness Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, or comparable business analysis tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,300 to $118,900.
