We are seeking a Senior Supply Policy Analyst with immediate availability to support the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) under the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) Task Order. This position is responsible for examining, evaluating, and investigating compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing contract compliance, licenses, and permits. The analyst will also perform compliance and enforcement inspections, analysis activities, and provide recommendations to enhance logistics and sustainment operations in expeditionary and contested environments. This position supports SOCPAC’s mission by addressing critical logistical gaps in expeditionary and contested environments, enabling the agility, responsiveness, and resilience required to sustain combat power across the USINDOPACOM AOR. It offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to mission‑critical logistics and sustainment operations throughout the Pacific. Salary ranges for each location are below: Melbourne, Australia - $179,981 - $227,976 Guam - $143,985 - $182,381 Okinawa, Japan - $124,125 - $157,225 Philippines (Subic Bay area) - $117,918 - $149,363 Seoul, South Korea - $121,642 - $154,080 Responsibilities Compliance and Regulatory Oversight Lead comprehensive assessments of licensing, permitting, and contractual eligibility to ensure full alignment with Federal regulations, SOCPAC policies, and USINDOPACOM‑wide compliance standards. Direct complex investigations into compliance discrepancies and drive resolution strategies that mitigate operational and regulatory risk. Oversee audits and inspections across multiple programs, ensuring strict adherence to FAR guidelines and command‑specific requirements. Provide senior‑level reporting, including risk analyses and actionable recommendations to inform command decisions and enhance compliance posture. Advanced Supply Policy Analysis Conduct enterprise‑level analysis of supply chain policies to identify systemic gaps and develop strategic improvements supporting contested and expeditionary operations. Design and implement policy frameworks that strengthen sustainment readiness and regulatory adherence across the INDOPACOM theater. Evaluate the performance and resilience of logistics architectures, recommending high‑impact policy modifications to improve efficiency and operational reach. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure logistics policy aligns with SOCPAC’s mission priorities and broader theater strategy. Strategic Contract Compliance Management Provide expert review of complex contract terms and conditions to ensure conformity with Federal acquisition standards and SOCPAC operational requirements. Advise leadership on contract revisions, realignment, and transitions to commercial terms based on evolving mission needs. Lead post‑mission contract compliance assessments that inform future sustainment planning and operational improvements. Inspection, Validation and Senior Reporting Direct comprehensive inspections of technical deliverables, software tools, systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance. Oversee validation processes using automated tools, testing protocols, and inspection methodologies to ensure data integrity and system reliability. Produce high‑visibility reports—including situational updates, threat and risk analyses, and compliance summaries to support SOCPAC leadership decision‑making. Operational Sustainment Support Develop and guide logistics strategies and operational sustainment plans optimized for theater‑level missions and SOCPAC’s unique operational requirements. Oversee procurement and delivery of mission‑essential supplies (e.g., fuel, medical equipment, subsistence items), ensuring timely support to forward‑deployed forces. Security Clearance US Citizenship required; must possess a Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting Supply Policy Analysis, preferably in military or government operations in the Pacific region. Proven expertise in compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities. Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines and contract compliance. Experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations with attention to detail. Proficiency in government logistics systems and tools (e.g., GCSS-Army, ERP platforms). Preferred Additional Skills Master’s degree in a related field. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification. Ability to work in dynamic and expeditionary environments. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
