How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

Hire, train, and mentor a dedicated perioperative team, fostering professional growth and high engagement.

Oversee daily OR operations and quality monitoring systems to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Resolve clinical issues promptly to elevate physician collaboration, staff morale, and the patient experience.

Establish unit policies and uphold regulatory and accreditation requirements across all surgical suites.

Direct department expenditures and manage unit resources responsibly to ensure fiscal alignment.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Experienced RN manager
• OR nursing experience
