Physical Therapist (PT) - Must Be Licensed - Contract

Position Overview Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in California to work in the specialty area of Home Health Care. This is a contract, 5x8 days position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance. Minimum Requirements 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health Care. Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice (California).
