Critical Care Physician

*MedStar Montgomery Medical Center, *located in *Olney, Maryland, *in *Montgomery County just north of Washington, D.C., *is seeking an experienced *Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)* or *Physician Assistant (PA) *to join our collaborative ICU team* as a full-time Nocturnist*. *This position includes a competitive base salary, annual incentive, nocturnist differential, and sign-on bonus This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced ICU APP seeking a high-acuity night-shift role with significant autonomy, procedural responsibility, and leadership opportunities while working alongside experienced intensivists and multidisciplinary care teams.
