Radiology/Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech
Our client is currently seeking Radiology/Cardiology positions in, for a 5x8 days shift. You must have current state licensure and at least 1 year of recent experience.
Requirements
- Current resume
- State licensure
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical (within 12 months)
- TB skin test (within 12 months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory fit test (within 12 months)
- Current - Tdap/flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background and urine drug screening

Client details: City Glendale, State AZ. Cancellation policy: Client may cancel one (1) scheduled shift per four (4) week period at no cost to client, for a maximum of three (3) such canceled shifts during a single thirteen (13) week assignment. Canceled shifts may not be on consecutive days.
