Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP - CCC certification required
• Prior experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining thorough documentation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with a range of needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans designed to support each student’s goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other special services staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services as outlined by each student’s IEP
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Offer guidance and resources to educators and parents to support student communication growth within and beyond the classroom
