Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation. Experience with hotel property management systems or similar software. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work overnight shifts independently and responsibly. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in hospitality management, accounting, or related field. Previous experience as a night auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency with advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the property, reporting any irregularities or incidents to appropriate personnel. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless communication across shifts.
