Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in Labor and Delivery Job Description: - Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and support. - Evaluate patients and assist physicians in providing top-notch healthcare. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to patient needs. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician’s medical diagnosis, and functional health framework. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions effectively. - Manage care for patients with compassion and expertise. - Document care according to established standards and practice guidelines. - Advocate for evidence-based care standards and promote innovative practices in care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care that aligns with professional nursing practices. - Be ready to take on other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
