The firm is open to candidates ranging from new graduates to experienced practitioners , with flexibility around hybrid or remote schedules for exceptional hires following an initial in‑office onboarding period.

Who They Are Looking For

• LL.M. required (Taxation or Trusts & Estates)
• Strong academic performance is essential
• Open to both new graduates and attorneys currently practicing in T&E
• Member In Good Standing of the Florida Bar

Work Arrangement

• Initial onboarding in‑office (Vero Beach area)
• Hybrid schedules available
• Fully remote for exceptional candidates

Compensation & Hours

• Competitive compensation
• Annual billable expectation: 1,800 hours
• Bonus structure tied to hours with a discretionary component
