Salary & Compensation Hourly Wage: $16.5 – $29.5 per hour Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
