Operations Lead

Job Details Job Location: Green Circle Growers Inc – OBERLIN, OH 44074 Job Category: Manufacturing POSITION OVERVIEW: The Operations Lead oversees various areas of production and greenhouse activity. The Operations Lead works alongside the Supervisor, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager on planning the order that work orders get produced, as well as other areas of production, packaging, and greenhouse jobs. JOB DUTIES: Execute Operations plan put in place by Manager / Supervisor Produce a quality product following Operations SOP / Guidelines Train and develop crew leaders to successfully complete quality operations following the BOM through NAV paperwork Manage and maintain throughput standard rates Learn, delegate, and maintain a LEAN process Must be able to direct and rotate the workforce and recognize problem areas to ensure quality and efficiency. Maintain the use of hour-by-hour boards Communicate your solution to the Supervisor when production rates are not being met All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS and education requirements: 2+ years of leadership experience Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data using Microsoft Teams, and NAV Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Hands on commitment to getting the job done in a safe manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong developmental people skills PHYSICAL Environment & Requirements: Climate controlled office or home office environment Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking Frequently requires sitting, standing, fine dexterity, and handling Occasionally requires walking, climbing stairs, lifting (up to 20lbs), carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching Rarely requires climbing Qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Circle Growers
