Registered Nurse

Looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit. Position requires proficiency in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Candidates must have a valid nursing license. The role requires managing patient care in a high-acuity environment. Experience with accessing and managing ports and arterial lines is essential. Candidates should be skilled in blood product administration and care of ventilated patients. Understanding of various critical care protocols is necessary. Ability to interpret arterial blood gases and manage dysrhythmias is required. The candidate will be responsible for medication administration and monitoring. Floating to other units may be required based on staffing needs. The position involves managing a daily census of up to 6 patients. Weekend shifts are expected every other weekend. Compliance with infection prevention protocols is essential. The candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are important. The final candidate will undergo a thorough background check and verification process.
