Production Forklift Operator

Our office is seeking Production Forklift Operators in Easton, PA!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $18
• Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
• Location: Easton, PA

Training Period (First 90 Days)

• Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

After Training Completion

• Rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Week 1: 3 scheduled workdays (36 hours)
• Week 2: 4 scheduled workdays (48 hours including over-time)
• Alternating 3-day/4-day schedule provides every other week with built-in overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to safely move drums, bags, totes, and production materials.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Handle industrial chemicals and powders while wearing required PPE.
• Perform basic repairs, equipment upkeep, and general facility maintenance.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support production, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Mechanically inclined with basic repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Comfortable working with industrial chemicals and required PPE.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
