It plays a central role in helping internal staff and external partners succeed by providing guidance, analysis, and technical assistance. As a Program Analyst 3, you will perform the following duties:Program Analysis: Review programs and projects to measure progress toward goals and objectivesData Collection: Develop tools, gather information, and evaluate policies and procedures across programsTechnical Guidance: Develop recommendations and assist organizations in meeting statutory and regulatory requirementsTraining Development: Create training materials, manage learning modules, and collaborate with subject expertsCompliance Monitoring: Review providers, documents, and activities to ensure adherence to rules and guidelinesData Management: Maintain datasets, conduct analysis, and prepare reports summarizing findingsInterested in learning more? In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); orThree years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; orAn equivalent combination of experience and trainingOther Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
