That ethos permeates all aspects of the property, from the full‑service organic spa to the certified organic farm‑to‑farm restaurant that utilizes produce grown on the property itself. Overview We are seeking a dedicated, full‑time General Maintenance Worker to provide general maintenance and housekeeping services to the buildings and grounds on the historic property of Shangri‑La Springs. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property. Assist with housekeeping duties for buildings and grounds. Work independently to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate professionally with customers and staff. Qualifications Entry‑level position; no prior experience required. Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively. Good communication skills with customers and staff. Physical ability to perform typical maintenance tasks, including walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working indoors and outdoors under varying environmental conditions.
