Inside Sales Manager

Position Title: Sales Manager This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on building and managing a team of inside negotiators who handle cell site lease transactions on behalf of mobile carriers and tower companies. It's ideal for someone who thrives in coaching and developing talent, excels at driving high-volume results through others, is energized by a fast-paced call center environment, and is passionate about creating a winning, performance-driven culture. proximity to Watters Creek shopping, dining, and entertainment; and an on-site gourmet coffee and tea bar The Role * Daily coaching (individual and group) to support the MD7 value of Continuous Improvement and foster ownership of this value at an individual level. * Performance Management in analyzing sales data and metrics to assess performance against targets; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. * Establish clear and achievable goals/sales expectations for the department while also stretching the team to achieve new levels of performance; regularly communicate these goals to the team. Work closely with sales representatives to provide insights, resources, and support in achieving their individual and team targets. * Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge at an individual and team level. Expand/develop new hire training. * Create a culture that fosters the growth and development of leaders within the team. * Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth. * Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. * Collaborate with support teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and company strategies. You Have * Proven experience in sales management or a related leadership role, specifically experience managing large teams in a high-volume call-center environment (minimum 5 years) * Documented track record of achieving and exceeding targets as the leader of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams * Ability to motivate and inspire others with and without direct authority Working Conditions * General office environment From Our Legal Department: The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
