Teltonika IoT Solutions USA is part of the Teltonika IoT Group, a global leader in designing and manufacturing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for over 20 years. From connected vehicles to industrial networking, our products are used in more than 150 countries to drive innovation and digital transformation. As we continue expanding in North America, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our growing Dallas team and new hires across the Americas. As part of a major growth initiative, Teltonika is doubling the size of our sales and operational teams in the Dallas office. With this expansion, we are introducing a dedicated HR & Onboarding Specialist to own all aspects of onboarding logistics, HR coordination, compliance, and early employee integration. This role ensures a consistent and high‑quality employee experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days—allowing our recruiters and managers to focus on hiring, training, and business performance. Onboarding & Employee Integration Coordinate all pre‑boarding and onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, background checks, I‑9 verification, IT access, orientation, and training schedules). Serve as the first point of contact for all new hires during their first 90 days to ensure a smooth integration experience. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Sales Leadership to develop and maintain onboarding playbooks and ensure process consistency across regions. Support early engagement and retention initiatives (new hire surveys, check‑ins, and feedback loops). HR Compliance & Administration Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with U.S. labor regulations and audit standards. Prepare and administer internal company documents. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and policy templates within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems. Monitor documentation accuracy for background checks, work authorizations, and internal policies to mitigate compliance risks. Manage the sales, supply, insurance and confidentiality agreements. HR Coordination & Manager Support Act as the liaison between HR, TA, and managers to streamline administrative workflows, ensuring faster access, readiness, and consistency. Provide reporting support on HR metrics, headcount updates, and compliance activities. Assist with off‑boarding processes, including exit interviews, asset collection, and access deactivation. Culture & Engagement Support the organization of HR events and engagement initiatives (training sessions, team‑building activities, recognition programs). Partner with leadership and the HR Development team to strengthen Teltonika's employer brand and employee experience in a high‑growth market. Requirements 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or employee experience roles. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with U.S. employment law, I‑9 verification, and HR compliance. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems. A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits Work type: For the first three months onsite, then hybrid work possibility.
