What you'd own: Leading and developing General Managers New hotel openings and management transitions as we grow Brand QA and compliance across Hilton and IHG Building the operations team behind you as the portfolio expands This is a hands-on, on-property role. You'd travel regularly across the region, because that's where the work is and where relationships get built. What we're looking for: Experience overseeing four or more select-service hotels at once, across at least two brand families A track record of hotels performing at or above their market Comfort in P&L conversations with owners GMs you've hired and developed who would speak well of you Someone who wants to build something rather than maintain it We don't require a degree or a specific number of years. We care about what you've run and what it looked like when you were done. Compensation: Base of $105,000–115,000 10% of first-year management fees on any hotel you source or onboard A defined path to Vice President of Operations as the portfolio grows Who we are. Small, growing, and intentional about it. You'd report directly to the owner and be one of the most senior people in the company. Decisions get made quickly. Your judgment would carry real weight, and you'd have the autonomy to run your region the way it should be run.
