Traveling Safety Manager

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Safety Manager or Safety Coordinator in a construction environment\n\t• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or mechanical construction experience\n\t• Experience supporting commercial construction or mission critical/data center environments\n\t• Strong knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 standards and construction safety regulations\n\t• Experience conducting site safety inspections and enforcing safety compliance\n\t• Experience managing accident investigations, corrective actions, and safety documentation\nAbility to pass background check and drug test
• CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification\n\t• ASP (Associate Safety Professional) certification\n\t• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Sciences, or related field\n\t• OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour certifications\n\t• CPR and First Aid certifications\nExperience leading or mentoring junior safety professionals Job Description
• Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits on active construction projects\n\t• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies\n\t• Identify hazardous conditions and recommend corrective actions\n\t• Track and verify resolution of safety violations and compliance issues\n\t• Maintain safety records including inspections, training logs, and incident reports\n\t• Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents\n\t• Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary\n\t• Deliver and support employee safety training programs\n\t• Assist the Division Safety Manager with overall project safety initiatives\nGuide and mentor less experienced safety personnel on-site
