Join our healthcare partner's NICU team in a facility that values your skills and dedication. As a NICU nurse, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care to newborns, including attending deliveries and initiating neonatal resuscitation when necessary. Your ability to work confidently and independently in a smaller setting with fewer resources will be crucial.

• Provide comprehensive care to newborns in a Level II NICU
• Attend deliveries as the designated baby nurse, responsible for immediate newborn care
• Initiate resuscitation and stabilization of newborns as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including one RT during deliveries
• Monitor and manage patients using Phillips tele monitors and fetal monitors
• Float to couplet care and assist with other tasks as required
• Participate in a rotating schedule, including every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Be available for on-call duties within 30 minutes of notification

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of NICU experience with Level III experience or above
• Comfortable with stabilization and neonatal resuscitation
• Experience in couplet care and breastfeeding techniques
• Charge experience preferred
• Must not be a first-time traveler
• Comfortable working in a smaller environment with limited resources
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required; RNC-NIC preferred
• Need 2 years experience in setting
