Main Responsibilities Own problems end-to-end—from idea to production Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers Operate in small, highly autonomous teams Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI using Senior Engineer Improve our internal agent network and development workflows Move across the stack when needed Focus on user and business outcomes, not output Core Requirements Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization, which has seen measurable, successful adoption Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and with no initial acceptance criteria Strong product mindset: focus on problems, outcomes, and impact—not just tickets or tasks 5+ years of development experience building something real (product, system, tool, startup, side project, meaningful feature) Strong expertise in native IOS or Android development, desire to work cross functionally / as full-stack Nice to Have Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications (frontend + backend) Tools You Will Use Backend: Go, MySQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Redis Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare Workers IOS: SwiftUI, Xcode, Combine, SPM, MVVM Architecture Android: Kotlin, Android Studio, Hilt, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, MVVM Architecture AI tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Cursor with Composer Salary Range Gross salary: 27,000 — 37,500 PLN/month What We Offer Innovate with industry leaders Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.
