Review daily payment activity for completeness and accuracy and ensure payments are submitted through Themis and banking platforms in accordance with internal deadlines, banking cut-off times, and vendor requirements.
Manage daily cash sweeps between Total Treasury and JP Morgan to optimize the U.S. cash pool.
Independently verify new wire payment instructions with counterparties and maintain accurate records within treasury systems.
Lead the daily review of cash activity, identifying missing receipts and coordinating follow-up actions with Back Office teams.
Oversee the cash allocation process and partner with Back Office personnel to resolve complex allocation and cash application issues.
Initiate foreign exchange requests, as required, for review and approval by the Treasury Supervisor.
Ensure compliance with internal control standards, SOX requirements, audit requests, and company policies.
