Schedule 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available Every other weekend required $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPN / RN Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely. Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the shift. Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team. Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
