Training Lead
Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking a Training Lead to drive enterprise training strategy and rollout for a multi-year finance transformation at a top-tier client. This role will lead the bank-side train-the-trainer execution in partnership with the client, ensuring scalable, structured training delivery across impacted operations teams.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Define and execute the end-to-end training strategy aligned to the program roadmap and release schedule
- Partner with client and SMEs to coordinate and execute a train-the-trainer model
- Lead training readiness planning including audience segmentation, wave planning, scheduling, tracking, and completion reporting
- Coordinate training logistics including materials distribution, session governance, attendance tracking, and feedback management
- Ensure materials support business readiness (job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, reinforcement plans)
- Integrate training efforts with PMs and OCM Lead to align with deployment milestones
- Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong coordination across vendors, SMEs, and operations stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8–12+ years leading enterprise training programs for large-scale transformations
- Experience supporting ERP or system implementation training rollouts
- Proven success delivering training to large, distributed user populations
- Strong stakeholder coordination and vendor management experience
- Excellent communication, documentation, and program management skills
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, OFSAA, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience leading train-the-trainer programs in regulated environments preferred
