Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Paid training & development Compensation Head Coach: $20 per session (typically 30‑40 minute sessions, often scheduled back‑to‑back for $40 per hour). Assistant Coach: $15 per session. Qualifications Passion for positively impacting youth players. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Eligible to work in the U.S. Available to begin training as soon as possible. Must pass a background check. Responsibilities Safely manage a class of up to 8‑12 children aged 2‑8. Implement the curriculum focused on skill and character development. Arrive on time and provide a positive customer experience. Maintain equipment and manage class rosters.
