Commercial Roofing Superintendent

At WxTite, you'll find room for advancement, and managers who appreciate your work efforts and reward you for your performance.As a WxTite Superintendent you will be able to:Lead site safety, quality control, and security measures to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance.Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, permitting, material procurement, subcontractor agreements, and reporting.Drive on-time, on-budget project completion with zero claims or callbacks.Manage project documentation, including daily reports (e.g., Procore), transmittals, and field communications.Oversee subcontractor and supplier coordination, deliveries, and material/equipment/labor forecasting.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and field office environment in alignment with company standards.Lead and participate in regular site meetings and manage tasks associated with project closeout.Monitor and report on in-place quantities and unit price/allowance tracking.Maintain accurate files of contract documents, submittals, and communications.Identify and proactively resolve on-site issues and adapt to changing field conditions.Ensure equipment safety checklists are completed and incidents are reported.Support customer relations through clear, professional communication and follow-up.Use tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, for field reporting, scheduling, and organizational tasks.Our ideal WxTite Superintendent will have:Minimum 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing or construction background preferredHS Diploma or GEDWxTite offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits including:Competitive salariesTuition reimbursementHealth & wellness challenges and incentivesGenerous paid time off and holidaysFlexible spending account401(k) with company matchHealth (HSA & traditional), Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceLong and Short-Term Disability InsuranceEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
