Ambulance Operator (Driver) Hourly rates starting at $14.00+ DOE IMMEDIATELY HIRING! AMBULANCE OPERATORFULL-TIME Opportunity We'rehiring Ambulance Operators (Drivers) that will respond to emergency and/or non-emergency requests for transportation needs and deliver high-quality care,treatmentand customer service to patients. Responsibilities: Drivers will respond to operation and dispatch requests and use the necessary tools,mapsand addresses to efficiently transport customers to and from facilitiesin a timely manner. Clearly document trip information details and adhere to company policies and procedures whilemaintainingconfidentiality and patient rights. Take pride inmaintaininga safe and clean vehicle environment for patients, complete the regular mechanical checklist at the start ofshiftsand report any vehicle issues to the Fleet Manager as needed. Useappropriate communicationmethods including standard radio transmission codes to effectively respond and route patients andcomply withthe company's information security standards. Drivers willoperatetransportation equipment includingstretcher, hydrauliclift,wheelchairas well as be able to use protective personal equipment and manage disposal ofsuppliesas necessary. Work collaboratively and in a professional manner withall alliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as your fellow drivers and operations team. MinimumRequired Qualifications: State Driver's License High school diploma or equivalent (GED) CPR card (Preferred) Driving record in compliance with company policy Pass Physical Agility Test Some work experience, preferably in healthcare Why Choose Lifeguard?
