Senior EngineerSenior Engineer with strong Front end experience and a proven track record of building high quality scalable web applications, and solid leadership abilities. Responsible for implementing pixel perfect designs that balance challenging customer needs with application performance.Requirements:BS in Computer Science or related technical field required.Qualified Full Stack Engineer with strong emphasis on Front End Experience with proven experience with React JS or equivalent, Node.js and Javascript.Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX, Responsive Design, and general Web 2.0 techniques in the context of interactive Web Applications.Experience with XML and XSLT technology.Experience with building fast and efficient web applications with pixel perfect design.Experience with deployment technologies like Capistrano or equivalent.Experience with Source Code Management Tools (GitHUB).Experience with frontend performance optimization tools like Pagespeed etc.Experience developing using relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.What project or initiative will they be working on?Web Core Platform.Will this role be hybrid?Yes.If hybrid, how many days per week will need to be in office?2.Top 3 Skills Needed or Required?Node.js,React,Typescript,GIt scripting.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?Designing and delivering code that’s readable, maintainable, testable, scalable, reusable, and efficient.Working in an Agile team with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve problems as part of a team.Thinking from the customer’s perspective to recommend design improvements.Collaborating with backend teams to design effective and understandable APIs.Following established architecture patterns and suggesting improvements.Implementing new features according to specifications.Participating in code reviews.Investigating and fixing bugs.Building unit and UI tests.Learning and implementing the latest technologies.(*On-call rotations during daytime hours to help our Support team solve problems for customers*).What is the makeup of the team?1 manager, 1 TPM, 3 Staff or above, 3 Senior Engineers.Working Hours:9-5 PSTAdditional Job Details:Familiarity with localization and internationalization.Caching, logging, performance tuning, and monitoring.Github tooling and devOps experience.AST parsing and validation.Webpack management.Next.js web frontend development.Unit testing best practices and patterns.CI/CD systems such as TeamCity or Jenkins.Comfortable working in a distributed team and communicating asynchronously.
