Mechanical Engineer - Client Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its growing engineering team in Springtown, Texas . This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through production while working closely with manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and company leadership.

- Design and develop custom pump packages and fluid handling equipment.
- Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Material using SolidWorks.
- Support new product development from concept through production.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to improve product quality, manufacturability, and efficiency.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement.
- Work directly with customers and vendors to develop practical engineering solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of mechanical design or product development experience.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD software).
- Experience with fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, or industrial machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of GD&T, BOM development, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
- Own projects from concept through production.
