Looking to get to work immediately with a global leader in electrical distribution? Join our team in Katy as a Warehouse Associate focusing on facility organization, safety, and operations upkeep. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Consistent Day Shift | No Weekends!)

Pay Rate: $17/hr.

Duration: 3-month contract (potential for permanent based on performance)

What You’ll Do

• Maintain warehouse organization by sweeping production zones, clearing debris, emptying trash bins, and keeping all main aisles clear of obstructions.
• Organize materials and pallets to ensure safe staging, efficient product flow, and easy access for equipment operators and material handlers.
• Support general facility upkeep by sanitizing workstations, monitoring safety hazards, and assisting team members with dock and floor cleanup.
• Uphold workplace safety standards by strictly following OSHA guidelines, facility standard operating procedures (SOPs), and 5S organization rules.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, sweep, and manually lift/move pallets, bins, and materials throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must supply your own steel-toe safety boots before starting.
• Highly dependable with reliable attendance, strong attention to detail for site cleanliness, and a proactive safety-first attitude.
• Willingness to support various warehouse departments and work cooperatively with warehouse leads and teammates.

Workplace: This is a 100% onsite role inside an active commercial supply distribution center. You will be on your feet moving across warehouse floor areas, loading docks, and staging zones.

Contract Terms: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
