Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Print Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Design Director and Sales Team to develop prints and color palettes for seasonal collections, as well as create custom designs tailored to customer specifications. Your focus will be on executing trend right, customer-centered prints that are technically prepared for production. You will also foster strong partnerships and engagement with our Sales Team and customers, while demonstrating your technical expertise in CAD design.

You’ll love it because you will:

• Create new patterns, recolor existing patterns, develop pattern repeats and produce alternate color ways for developed prints

• Create technical breakdown of all print and pattern layout specifications for the external partners

• Provide production ready artwork, in both print and electronic format, for internal and external partners

• Collaborate with the design team on the visualization, presentation, and communication of pattern concepts through CAD artwork

• Help the sales team to expedite customer prints, recoloration requests when needed

Qualifications:

• + 5 yrs Experience in the Textile/Fashion Industry-Women’s apparel

• Degree in Textile Design, or design related degree • Efficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Ned Graphics

• Understanding of repeats and layouts

• Excellent eye for color

• Proactive, organized, resourceful & efficiently manage workflow

• Keen sense of urgency, initiative and motivation.
