ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in June 2020, and today I lead a passionate team of five. Before launching my own office, I worked at State Farm Corporate as a New Agent Specialist, where I had the opportunity to coach and support new agents as they built their businesses. That experience gave me a strong foundation for building a successful agency - one rooted in relationships, service, and community.

Insurance runs deep in my family - I'm a proud third-generation State Farm agent continuing a family legacy that started with my father. In fact, our office is located in my family's very first home, which makes what we do here even more meaningful. I'm also a proud wife and mom of three kids, and family values shape everything about how we operate. Even our four-legged family members are part of the fun - "Dog Fridays" are a team favorite when everyone brings their pups to the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Janna Bidlack - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
